Do I need a membership to join the courses?
No. You only pay a one-time fee for each course. After that, you’ll have full access without any subscriptions or hidden costs.
Are these courses suitable for all stages of Parkinson’s?
Yes. Each course is designed with different levels in mind. You’ll find safe, adaptable exercises whether you are at an early, mid, or advanced stage of Parkinson’s.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
Do I need boxing experience to start?
Not at all. Our courses are built for beginners as well as those with some fitness background. The exercises are simple, progressive, and easy to follow.
4. What equipment do I need?
You don’t need much. A pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps are helpful, but most exercises can also be done without special equipment. A safe space to move is usually enough to get started.
Can family members or caregivers join the training?
Absolutely. Our programs encourage support from family, friends, and caregivers. They can join the training to help, motivate, or even train alongside you.
